60th anniversary

Today we went to Chris's grandparents 60th anniversary. We had a real good time. I got to meet some family for the first time today.

Well Fifi has a bad bobo on top of her head so she has been wearing her cone. She hates it but I think she looks adorable!

Today I went and picked up my dress! It started raining on my way out the door. I am sure I looked like an absolute goob running to my car but I got it inside safe and sound. You wouldn't even believe how heavy it is carrying that thing up in the air trying not to let the bag scrap the ground.

Ramblings

So this post is going to be a "Need to get some steam off my chest post".

The past couple days have sucked so bad! Yesterday at work I am trying to fill a bucket up with water in the shower. I get it pretty full then decide I need more water so I turn the sprayer back on and the water starts shooting out full blast and gets me soaked. I walk out in front of everyone dripping wet to go outside and wash throw up off the side walk. I come home and me and Chris rush to clean the house because the violinist was coming over this morning. All that work for nothing because he didn't show. Today I got locked out of my online test because the internet froze. I had an incident at work which cost $200. Fifi found a way to scratch her bobo on the top of her head even with the cone on. I had bocos of homework tonight and still have more which is stressing me out. I have done and re-done save the date cards for a client and she keeps changing her mind on what she wants and I am about to explode.

So yesterday we booked our venue! We are going to have the ceremony and reception in the same place. After the whole experience with our first venue we decided to make a list of things we wanted to see if they were possible before hand. We walk inside with this huuuge list in hand and start firing away. After about the seventh yes the owner finally said you know what...just do whatever you want as long as you don't damage the property. Woo hoo! The magic words every bride wants to hear! After that we handed over the check...signed on the dotted line and we are official! We also found a violinist! He is going to play during the ceremony. Then today we found our dj! He has a minimum of 4 hours but he gave us an awesome price so its worth it! I am feeling pretty dang productive this weekend! Now I just have to do some homework. Ugh!
